Ideal location near Ginza and train station.

My room lacked a bathtub which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff's inability to assist with airport taxi arrangements felt unprofessional. After a long day exploring, I expected better service to help with logistics.

The rain shower felt amazing after a long day.

the staff was fairly pleasant, except for that one rude front desk person, who was unmistakably inconsiderate. the shower soaps were in reused bottles, which is just so unhygienic. honestly, i expected a little upgrade for enduring such discomfort, but apparently, a special guest like me isn’t deserving of that privilege. i just couldn't recommend this place.

the shower pressure was nice, but with such a minuscule towel rack, it was impossible not to get the towels soaked. I also expected a complimentary upgrade as I was quite the distinguished guest, but alas, no. I almost thought about giving it a good review, but just can't overlook the cramped quarters and unhelpful staff.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our double rooms, complete with massage chairs to unwind after our Tokyo adventures. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a variety of options that kept everyone satisfied each morning.

While the check-in machines were a bit tricky to navigate, the real challenge was the room size in the corner room. it felt cramped with our luggage. Although the bathroom had strong water pressure, it lacked surface space for our toiletries.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location with direct subway access to Haneda Airport, and it's only a short stroll from Tokyo Station and shopping in Ginza. Rooms feature luxurious amenities, including a massage chair and customizable pillow options for the perfect night's rest. Friendly, English-speaking staff enhance the experience. Great value for money!

We loved the hotel's superb location, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and right next to Kyobashi station, making it easy for our family to explore. The room was clean and spacious for a family of four, with modern amenities and a great shower, which was perfect after busy days out. The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

but the room was a bit cramped for the number of bags we had. and the massage chair in the room was an awesome feature! the breakfast buffet had plenty of good options! also, super close to both Ginza line and Tokyo Station.

Superb location, just steps from the subway and a quick walk to Tokyo Station! The room was clean and equipped with a powerful AC and that amazing massage chair that hit the spot after all my exploring! ! Breakfast was solid too!

It was just a fine choice for a mini-vacation in Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The location was decent, close to various eateries which made meals easy to grab on the go. Make sure to pack light as the room size can feel cramped if you have multiple bags.
