The hotel's location was perfect for our trip, with easy access to Circular Quay and the railway station. The room had a glorious view of the opera house, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing personal attention through Troy, the concierge. The hotel had a pleasant traditional atmosphere and offered a nice breakfast. The price was reasonable for a central Sydney hotel.

Stamford's location was perfect, just minutes away from Circular Quay ferries and the restaurant area. the hotel's interior was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean, with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge. We also enjoyed the great sundeck and swimming pool for relaxation. the hotel provided helpful information on deals and meals. It's surprising that such a high-quality hotel is offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a great hotel in Sydney CBD. Will definitely be returning.

My overall experience was negatively impacted by several things. the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job in the bathroom, leaving behind dirty towels and toiletries from the previous guest.

Our group of friends had a great time in this hotel located in the center of the action. We were able to walk to the Opera House and enjoy the beautiful view. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and impeccable breakfast service. Additionally, the gym had everything we needed to stay active during our stay.

The parking was tight for our 4WD vehicle, but we understand that this is a common issue in hotels in busy areas.

The hotel is a perfect size, not too big, not too small, and has a special charm. the luxurious amenities provided by the hotel met my expectations. the location is perfect as it is close to the opera house and has a great view of the park and the harbor. All the staff here were lovely and extremely helpful, making my stay even more enriching. the styling of the hotel was unique and lavish.

The antique furniture in the room was somewhat dilapidated and showed some signs of wear and tear, with a few chunks missing from chair legs. the room wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as it could have been, with dust behind some larger furniture.

We have stayed at Stamford many times and always feel welcomed. the staff is friendly and helpful. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and with a view of the water. the hotel has a homely feel, with soft antique furnishings in the lobby and dining room. the roaring fire in the lobby adds to the comfort. We love being able to walk to the Opera House and through the Botanical Gardens.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with amazing harbor bridge views. The VIVID light show added to the magical atmosphere. The hotel also sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. The bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to Circular Quay and the Opera House, making it easy for us to access ferries and explore The Rocks. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the convenience and accessibility of the location.

I recently stayed at the Sir Stamford in a large heritage room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Circular Quay and the Botanic Gardens. The view of the Quay and ferries was lovely. The room itself was spacious and the marble bathroom was enormous. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen and pillows. The staff were friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to help us when we left something behind after checking out. They quickly located the lost item and we were extremely grateful for their efficient assistance.
