The location was perfect, close to Central Park, 5th Ave, and subway lines. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The staff at Loews Regency New York Hotel is exceptional, with friendly and helpful individuals such as Khayra, Abdul, David, Robert, Andrew. Their warm welcome and assistance made me feel like I was coming home. The location is fantastic, and the hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a lobby bar with coffee, comfortable beds, and amazing views from the 20th floor balcony. it was a wonderful experience that I would happily repeat.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, situated in the upper east side and close to Central Park. It's surrounded by great restaurants and popular attractions. I cannot say enough about this hotel! From the incredible staff to the spacious rooms and convenient location, everything was perfect. The 24hr room service was a huge plus, and the hotel management team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Will definitely be back!
