I had a great experience at Sofitel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was polite and professional. The concierge at the entrance was welcoming and quickly took care of my luggage. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The highlight of my stay was the assistance I received from Harshita. She had the bed converted into two smaller single beds and moved us to a much better room with two queen beds. Her friendly and responsive manner made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the gesture of wine and cheese that was provided. I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and shops. We also loved the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel, it had a classy and elegant vibe.

The shower pressure was quite weak, it took forever to rinse off. , the parking fee was a bit steep compared to other places in the area.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are attentive and welcoming, providing excellent service at all times. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. There are also some great facilities, such as the garden area and the Wentworth galleries.

The parking fees at this hotel are quite expensive.

The water in the shower could have been hotter, which was a bit of a disappointment. there wasn't a great selection of movies available, and it was a shame that the restaurant was closed on the day we planned to celebrate a special occasion.
