The queen suite garden view room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. the location near the beach was convenient, and the amenities provided exceeded expectations. the host, Neal, was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience for us and our dog.

we absolutely loved our stay at Southview Guest House. the location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to a walking path. the house was spacious and well-appointed, providing everything we needed including a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. our small dog felt right at home and we appreciated the dog-safe environment. it was a great relief to be able to leave her for short periods and know she was safe and content. we will definitely be returning for all our future work trips.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and homely, with comfortable beds and great showers. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, providing little extras such as fruit, oils, and condiments. They have thought of everything, including a nice coffee machine and robes and slippers in the rooms. The garden courtyard is a lovely addition, and the heated spa pool is a great way to relax. There are also nearby cafes and bushwalks to explore.

The barbecue didn't work very well and there were no steak knives provided.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the beach and offered various activities around the Bulli Area. The hotel provided excellent service, including a grocery shopping service and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved the spacious sitting area and terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

This place is simply fantastic. I highly recommend it to all.

Having never experienced an ocean sunrise, catching one from the balcony was like winning a free ticket to a magical time portal. the view was so stunning, it felt like Mother Nature had put on her finest gold and pink ball gown for the morning show.

Housekeeping missed few spots.

Loved the spacious room with coffee-making facilities. The private outdoor space added to the relaxation of the trip. Great location close to the beach and cafes. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

We had some technical issues during our stay, as the air-con controls were not supplied, and some lights in the lounge and bathroom were not working. Nonetheless, the bedroom fan and insect screens on all opening windows helped cool the room.

Spacious room with fresh and clean amenities, including toothbrush and makeup remover wipe. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like a cup of something to get started, a small bowl of fruit, and chocolate bars. Impressed by the beautiful view from the balcony. It felt like a peaceful and welcoming place. Flexible and friendly host made us feel at home.
