The location of this hotel in the heart of the bustling city was absolutely perfect. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions, including the vibrant Piazza Grande and the beautiful lake. There was also a fantastic Italian restaurant right downstairs, making it convenient for us to enjoy delicious meals. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with the amenities of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a refreshing fruit salad and the highlight - the delicious coffee from the four large Nespresso machines. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for us to travel around. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city centre of Locarno. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and modern with nice little touches like complimentary coffee and water. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the lake and the train station.

Nothing to complain about, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location was fantastic as we were within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and shops. the staff were also very friendly and helpful which made our city trip a lot easier. the beds were comfortable which is always a good advantage when travelling.

The noise from the street was unbearable. Cars were racing all day and night resulting in a poor night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay in this central hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the bustling center square and a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake shore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern facilities like a Nespresso machine in every room. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was impressive, exceeding our expectations. We even received thoughtful welcome and goodbye gifts.

The thin walls between bedrooms meant that we could hear everything.
