The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with individual lamps, plugs, and regularly cleaned.

Some guests might not be the most considerate and follow proper etiquette despite hotel staff's efforts to improve guests' experience.

Nothing it was perfect.

As young people, we loved the amazing facilities at this hostel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with charging ports and lights near the beds, as well as a large locker. The hostel also had a desk, chair, and full-length mirror in each room. The beds were very comfortable, and we could adjust the thermostat to our liking. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hot water sink on our floor, where we could make tea or coffee. The bathrooms and showers were plentiful and convenient. Plus, every level of the hostel had a unique feature that added to the cool atmosphere. this has been the best hostel experience during our travels.

Best Christmas stay ever! the hotel had great facilities, like free water and tea, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace that had an amazing view of the city lights. the location was perfect, close to all the city attractions, making it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Another bonus was the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and helped us with all our questions.

Disliked the limited free internet access and the noise levels that came with staying in a busy hostel. We also found the common areas closing early to be a nuisance, as we wanted to relax in a comfortable space after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is good value for money as it is very handy if you need to stay in the CBD. The location of this hotel was perfect, as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
