They quickly got to know us and our preferences, providing excellent personalized service. the restaurant offered the best breakfast we had experienced, with a wide range of choices from Western to Asian to local Vietnamese cuisine. the breakfast now includes a buffet, providing even more options than before. the location of this hotel is great, within walking distance of major sites and attractions, making it very accessible and convenient for tourists.

One thing that could be improved is the policy about collecting a security deposit upon check-in. While this is common practice in some hotels, it would be more convenient if guests had the option to charge expenses to their room instead.

Our family had a comfortable 6-day stay at Intercontinental. The hotel offered spacious one-bedroom suites, though we couldn't get a 2-bed suite. The highlight was the private fitness studio and pool, as well as the great breakfast. Although there were some issues with billing resolution and a lack of friendliness during the refund process, the overall experience was positive. The hotel's central location in D1 was convenient for exploring the city. We appreciated the birthday cake surprise in our room. The hotel staff was attentive and quick to rectify any concerns. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the room was beautifully designed with exclusive amenities that included a high, end coffee maker and a stunning view of the city. the spa and wellness center offered top, notch services and the massage I received was among the best I've ever had. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, featuring a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue I encountered was a long wait for in, room breakfast, which took more than 45 minutes to arrive. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect and I would highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in a prime location.
