Located in the heart of the city, this apartment is perfect for exploring everything Melbourne has to offer. With a tram stop nearby and the waterfront just a short walk away, getting around is a breeze. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped, with a superbly comfortable bed and beautiful views over the city at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a stress-free stay.

The shower in the ensuite can be difficult to adjust, with water that is either too hot or too cold.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and assist us with any needs we had. the facilities in the hotel were also great. the gym and pool were very well-maintained and enjoyable to use.

One major downside of the hotel was the noise level. the rooms were quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

After a disappointing stay at another hotel, Spencer Street Apartments was exactly what we needed. The apartment was spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds and a big balcony. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Southern Cross train station, a park, and the Queen Victoria market. Self check-in was a breeze, and the customer service was top-notch. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the option to upgrade if desired. a great experience!

After just coming from a tiny, grubby hotel room in Singapore, our stay at Spencer Street was truly amazing. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The cost per night was also less than what we expected. The location was perfect, with the main train station, a park, and the Queen Victoria market all within a few minutes' walk. The self check-in process was easy and the instructions provided were clear. I can't recommend this place more - it exceeded all our expectations!

The location of the apartment was ideal, being near the train station and within walking distance to all the major attractions in the CBD. there were numerous shopping areas nearby, including the Spencer outlet centre. The apartment was also conveniently located in the free tram zone, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities, such as the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine with dryer, were an added bonus. it was a great stay except for the apartment's condition.

The apartment was run down and in need of renovation.
