The room on the 1st floor felt cozy and well laid out. the lift near reception made it easy for me to move my luggage. the bed was comfy, shower hot and strong, and I enjoyed the fresh air coming in through the open bathroom window.

The bathroom wall being made of white opaque glass was a bit bothersome for a light sleeper like me.

We had a great time staying at this motel by the lake. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to good cafes and all the shopping centers we needed. The room was clean and nicely presented, and the bathroom, albeit a bit old, was clean as well. The manager was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some noise issues during our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The waterfront location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake right from the terrace and water-facing rooms. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, with great attention to detail and friendly service. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a balcony offering panoramic views of Lake Macquarie. And to top it all off, breakfast on the water is a perfect start to the day.

All was smooth sailing at this hotel.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at a motel with a lovely view of the lake. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and good hot water in the shower. Despite some renovations happening during the day, it didn't disrupt my stay as I was mostly out exploring. The location was convenient for my two-night trip.

Although the motel had a few drawbacks, like the lack of privacy due to a sheer curtain and the bright outside light at night, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. The stunning lake view from my room made up for any shortcomings.

Excellent lakefront location with stunning views. Friendly and accessible staff. Renovations underway, including a bar and restaurant. Clean rooms and plenty of local bird life.

The location and view are fantastic. Close to town and local attractions. Definitely recommend a visit to caves beach.

I had an amazing time staying at the lakeside hotel. the complementary breakfast overlooking the water was divine. Location was perfect, easy access to the beach and other popular attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a city trip. What’s more, the staff ensured my stay was comfortable.

Although the room was adequate, it was a bit cramped and lacked a freezer.
