I stayed at the impressive Changzhou Marriott Hotel for one day on a work trip. The 42nd floor room had a nice view and the breakfast was good. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, with cake, light bites, and a beautiful rose petal decoration. The service, cleanliness, room size, bed comfort, and location were all perfect. it's the best hotel I've stayed at in China with excellent food and amenities.

Fantastic view from the hotel! The hotel is conveniently located for transportation and calling taxis. We were upgraded to the lounge floor with a fantastic view of the city. Despite arriving late from a nearby theme park, the lounge still served snacks and wine. The room was clean and the amenities were of high quality. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view and great service.

The gym could have used more attentive staff. One evening, I noticed that the person responsible for the recreation center was not on duty and instead was swimming, leaving the center unattended.

The Club Lounge Staff Went Above and Beyond

During my recent stay at the Marriott in Changzhou, I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by the staff in the Club Lounge. One morning, I was feeling unwell and had a strong coughing fit during breakfast. Dew, one of the lounge staff, immediately noticed and took action. She quickly brought me a hot honey water with lemon to soothe my throat, showing genuine concern for my well-being. Her attentiveness and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. Dew and her colleagues always wore a warm smile and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. I highly appreciate their dedication and look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future.

I was blown away by the modern property, packed with technology. the staff were super nice, and the breakfast had everything I could ask for.

The reception staff seemed slow and not very attentive. I witnessed guests pushing in the queue, and the staff argued with a group of guests.
