We were impressed with the convenience of public transport, knowing exactly which tram to catch thanks to the helpful staff. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a kitchenette, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
