My recent stay at a hotel in the heart of Amsterdam was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the popular attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the canals. The bed was incredibly cozy, definitely the most comfortable one I've ever had in Europe. I also appreciated the little touches like the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, and the daily refills of coffee capsules. Despite some minor inconveniences like the floor heating in the bathroom being too hot, and the lack of a remote for the AC, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff was helpful in carrying our luggage up and down the narrow and steep stairs. I highly recommend this hotel for its great views and cozy bed, along with its excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated that the room had a small refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks, which were complimentary. The location was also great, as it was close to public transportation and easy to get around. I also liked that the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed by the size of the room, which was smaller than I expected and not very comfortable. the shower experience was not very enjoyable, as the water drained too slowly and the curtain made the area very dark.
