Short visit due to late arrival but staff, especially Lena, were helpful and pleasant. Ideal for self-sufficient stays.

One thing to consider would be addressing the leak in the gutters that caused noise disturbances during the night.

We were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious hotel. The spacious villa provided us with a comfortable and cozy stay. The reverse cycle air conditioning kept us warm during the Chinchilla winter. Each bedroom had its own connected bathroom, and there was an extra toilet downstairs. The self-sufficient amenities, including a washing machine and a full kitchen, were a bonus. We also enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff and management, who attended to all our requests with kindness and efficiency. The beautiful facilities and well-maintained property truly showcased the pride that the staff and management have in this place. We can't wait to stay here again!
