Carine and Theo created a lovely haven at Sunny Side Up B&B! The beautiful interior and delicious breakfast truly impressed us. The convenient location near the beach and fast wifi were great bonuses. The gardens were a peaceful retreat. Only drawback was the intimate shared spaces. a delightful stay.

Nestled in Rye, Sunny Side Up B&B charmed me with its warm hospitality and pristine facilities. the delightful three-course breakfast, especially the homemade Belgian waffles, was a highlight. the only minor downsides were the noisy door handles and lack of blackout blinds. a fantastic stay. The highlight of my stay at Sunny Side Up B&B was definitely the breakfast. I was served a delicious three-course breakfast that included toast with homemade strawberry jam, homemade yogurt with fruit, omelette with bacon, tomatoes, and homemade chutney. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B.

The beach and a variety of restaurants are also within easy reach, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The friendly hosts provide excellent service and offer valuable recommendations on what to visit in the area. Additionally, the breakfast is a delight, featuring delicious Belgian waffles and catered options for dietary needs. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor seating area with its stunning garden views.

Some noise from adjacent bathrooms was occasionally noticeable in certain rooms.

Convenient location, 7~8 minute walk from bus stop and 8 minutes from Hot Springs by car. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming hosts introduced their friendly cats. Clean, spacious, and cozy room with tasteful interior decor. Outstanding three-course homemade breakfast, Belgian waffles included. A pleasant and enlightening experience with plans to return.

Spent Christmas at a B&B and had a lovely time. the homemade breakfast was a standout with yogurt, toast with jam, omelette, and Belgian waffles. Everything was delicious! the location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. Another great aspect was the comfortable bed that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.

The housekeeping was exceptional, with the rooms being spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
