Best aspects of our stay were the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. the rooms were cozy and warm, perfect for the cold winter nights. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were always available to assist us. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, offering easy access to key attractions in the area. We were able to explore the beautiful surrounding nature and visit nearby restaurants and shops with ease.

Worst aspect of our stay was the limited breakfast options. We would have preferred a wider variety of choices to start our day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception and breakfast areas were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the fact that the hotel had a well-stocked kitchen with a gas range, fridge, and all the necessary appliances. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a fold-out couch. We also appreciated the picnic tables, heated pool, and hot tub on the premises. The hotel's location in the mountains provided us with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it was conveniently close to the national park, downtown shops, restaurants, and various amenities.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

We recently stayed at a charming motel in Estes Park for a quick getaway. The office staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions with a smile. The room itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised to find a larger mini-fridge and microwave in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed was so comfortable, with sheets that felt luxurious. The bathroom was spotless, with a stand-up shower. We didn't have time to check out the pool, but we saw deer crossing the parking lot - what a unique sight!

We've had an amazing stay at a motel in this city. The room was incredibly clean with a comfortable king bed and sofa bed, along with useful amenities like a small table, desk, TV, fridge, and microwave. Despite being located right on the highway, the noise level was surprisingly low. The motel's cleanliness was definitely its standout feature. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, the location was ideal, as the motel was close to downtown, restaurants, and nestled in the scenic mountains.

We stayed at the Saddle & Surrey Motel for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the nearby highway. On top of that, we were surprised to see a real deer on the lawn in front of the motel! It was a quaint and cozy place, just a short drive from the main strip. The updated bathroom and included continental breakfast were nice touches, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was convenient. a great experience with exceptional people running the place.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making our stay extremely pleasant. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a restaurant guide and map without us even asking. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold for our day trips.

We experienced some minor issues with the electricity during our stay. the GFI in the bathroom stopped working, forcing us to move the hair dryer to the main room.

We stayed at this motel for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The front desk staff, Clorinda, was lovely and went above and beyond to address the issues with our room and even gave us a discount. The location was quiet yet accessible to everything in the area. We loved having the hot tub and pool to ourselves whenever we used it. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. Despite being an older property, the room was immaculate and spacious, with the added convenience of electrical/usb ports. The motel had a unique and quirky charm, perfect for families on an extended stay. it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
