Beds were super comfy. the room felt cozy and luxurious, like sleeping on a cloud floating in a sea of pillows. Waking up felt like emerging from a dream, rested and rejuvenated.

The staff here were excellent, very helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and were always approachable. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the convenient location that was excellent for the meeting we had to attend, with easy access to freeways for travel. the pool and spa facilities were tidy and refreshing, and the adjoining bar and grill added a nice touch to our stay, providing tasty meals.

One thing that could be improved is having power points located near the beds for added convenience. Another suggestion would be to offer a cooked breakfast option available at the hotel in addition to the current 'box to go' breakfast system.

The Bar & Grill Restaurant was excellent -good service, lovely decor & vibe, great food, friendly Chef, & very pleasant music. A lovely venue. The waterfall area at entrance with shady trees was a peaceful space I really enjoyed. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The pool and spa were great. The closeness to Melbourne CBD was a very good decision. Having the laundry option was also very good. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

The room was a letdown. The bed felt like sleeping on rocks and it smelled musty. The bathroom was old and in dire need of remodeling. The air conditioning didn't work properly, making it difficult to sleep during the hot summer nights. not a pleasant experience for our Christmas getaway.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location in a quiet area is perfect for a peaceful stay. Moreover, the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are in fairly good condition, and the fact that breakfast is included is a definite plus. Additionally, having a restaurant attached to the hotel is convenient for a quick and delicious dinner.

The pool and spa were epic, perfect for chilling after hitting up Hotel Triplets and Family Entertainment spots nearby. the staff were cool too, making us feel welcome.

One thing I'd change is adding a bigger dance floor in the lounge area for late-night parties with friends.

The staff at Sunshine Motor Inn went above and beyond to address any issues I had during my stay. I experienced a problem with the TV and air conditioning not working properly when I arrived, but Liz was quick to fix it within just 10 minutes. The restaurant at the inn served delicious food with generous portions, although I wish they had a cooked breakfast option. The location of the inn was convenient for my needs, and the overall value for money was great. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I found my stay at Sunshine Motor Inn comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
