The TV didn’t work, and I could hear the one next door. Such a letdown for a getaway!

I had a fantastic stay with great value for money. The location right by the beach was perfect, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast option could use more variety to enhance the experience.

We loved the hotel's location, just across the road from a stunning beach, perfect for fishing and leisurely strolls. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the facilities were great with a well-stocked kitchenette, including a microwave and fridge. the staff was friendly and quick to assist when we had a minor issue with parking.

Everything was really good; we couldn't find any faults.

Enjoyed some added amenities like a mini fridge and cutlery, plus the fact that the beach was just across the street was amazing. the restaurant had the best burgers I've ever had, and the 15-minute drive to St Helens was perfect for a little adventure.

Although clean and tidy, the room was a bit smaller than others I've stayed in. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms and mobile coverage was poor.

Our stay at Surfside Beaumaris was a last-minute choice, but it turned out to be a really good one. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our late check-in easy. The shared dormitory was spacious and had a newly renovated bathroom. The owner was also nice and helpful. Plus, the location was great, close to the beach and relatively quiet. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with a dog-friendly beach just across the road. The rooms have been nicely renovated, with ample bench space in the kitchen area and a proper sink. The food served in the restaurant is great and made with locally sourced ingredients.

The customer service could use some improvement, as staff seem disinterested and inexperienced in dealing with customers.

The location was beautiful. Rooms were thoughtfully renovated. Price point was excellent. The food was great for the price. Excellent locally sourced ingredients. The view was stunning. Cleanliness was great. Manager named Jon was really great.

Nothing could have been better.
