The views from our Opera House View room were stunning, but

the partial view from the corner wasn’t as expected. Still, the room was cozy with modern decor. We had a lovely experience with exceptional service, especially at check-in. The only downside was the noise from doors slamming in nearby rooms.

what an average stay! the bathroom doors looked straight out of a horror movie and the check-in staff was less than accommodating, directing me to the website like I’m an amateur. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for all my trouble, but no—not even a token gesture. truly disappointing for a so-called 'luxury' hotel. just couldn’t give a better review.

The dining experience was quite impressive, especially the

attention and care provided by the staff. I particularly appreciated the diverse breakfast options, and our dinners were memorable thanks to the recommendations. On a lesser note, the elevators could be a hassle at times, but overall, it was a satisfying stay.

It was a great match for a short stay in Sydney at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was lovely, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. Make sure to double-check any credits or vouchers included with your stay to avoid confusion during checkout.

It was a perfect match for a city break in Sydney with excellent value for money. The staff efficiently printed multiple documents for me and delivered them to my room, which was a huge help. Make sure to try the in-room dining. the pizza was delicious.

Great location with stunning views of the Opera House, and the friendly staff definitely added to the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxing retreat. However, the elevators were a bit of a nuisance with long waits during peak hours. Some small improvements could elevate the experience further.
