We got amazing value for our money, with a stylish and relaxing suite upgrade that was an unexpected touch. The location was absolutely sensational, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff at Park Hotel were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home.

We are staying directly on the lake shore in a Junior Suite with an incredible view over the lake. The room is spacious and luxurious, with modern and tasteful design. The bathroom is impeccable and stocked with high-end amenities. The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities here are top-notch, especially the swimming pool with its stunning view and jacuzzis.

One negative aspect is that the staff, although friendly, can sometimes be a bit young and inexperienced, leading to occasional mistakes or misunderstandings.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the spa was a great value for the price. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the mini bar in the room had a great selection of snacks.

Our room was not up to par. the design was not well thought out, with an open bathroom that lacked privacy and a curtain that didn't fully close.

We had an amazing experience during our city break. the stunning lake view from our room was mesmerizing. the twice-daily cleaning service kept our room tidy, and the complimentary snacks, fruits, drinks, and wine were a pleasant surprise. the breakfast menu was perfectly fine, and we enjoyed choosing from the many options offered. the hotel's location was ideal for enjoying a peaceful and quiet holiday.
