I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the motel's rammed earth rooms and the rustic charm of the local timbers used in its construction. the gentle lighting and comfortable seating in the common areas made it easy for us seniors to relax and mingle with other guests. The easy accessibility to the different facilities and local attractions made our stay truly delightful. Cons: Would have appreciated handrails in the bathroom for added safety.

During my Christmas stay, the location was spot on , close to Bitter Springs and with great mudbrick walls in the room for a rustic vibe.

The external sight of sewage water and the questionable behavior of other guests were definite turn, offs.

Lemme spill the local tea on Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park in Mataranka. Pros: the grilled meat at the onsite restaurant is pure outback magic. Plus, comfy rooms and convenient parking. And the Sunday market was a hidden gem!

Met with a grumpy manager, but the quirks added character. the rooms had a few issues, but the overall vibe was still Mataranka charm.

The room felt cozy with the private entrance and comfy bedding.

Wi-Fi only available at the restaurant, wished it reached the rooms.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a delightful surprise—a gecko enjoying a late-night snack! A bit unexpected, but added a touch of excitement to our stay. the peacocks perched in the trees were a charming sight. the pool was a refreshing oasis, and those breakfast muffins were a real treat. Despite the room's quirks, the live music and welcoming staff made for a memorable stop on my Aussie adventure. A mixed bag, but overall a fun experience.

I recently stayed at Territory Manor in Mataranka, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The pool setup was beautiful, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long drive. The common spaces were spacious and well-designed, with lovely wooden tables and benches. The motel unit I stayed in was basic but comfortable and clean, and the grounds were well-maintained, complete with a stunning barramundi lake. The food at Territory Manor was superb, with a hot and cold salad bar and delicious main courses.
