I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the motel's rammed earth rooms and the rustic charm of the local timbers used in its construction. the gentle lighting and comfortable seating in the common areas made it easy for us seniors to relax and mingle with other guests. The easy accessibility to the different facilities and local attractions made our stay truly delightful. Cons: Would have appreciated handrails in the bathroom for added safety.

Convenient location off main road. Pleasant, if dated, room. On-site restaurant with live music. Sunday market a bonus. Easy parking.

During my Christmas stay, the location was spot on , close to Bitter Springs and with great mudbrick walls in the room for a rustic vibe.

The external sight of sewage water and the questionable behavior of other guests were definite turn, offs.

Met with a grumpy manager, but the quirks added character. the rooms had a few issues, but the overall vibe was still Mataranka charm.

we had a fantastic time at Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park. we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy family cabin with a modern bathroom. the pool was cool and inviting, with fun tubes for everyone to enjoy. the bar offered affordable drinks and meals, creating a relaxed atmosphere. the owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a delightful surprise—a gecko enjoying a late-night snack! A bit unexpected, but added a touch of excitement to our stay. the peacocks perched in the trees were a charming sight. the pool was a refreshing oasis, and those breakfast muffins were a real treat. Despite the room's quirks, the live music and welcoming staff made for a memorable stop on my Aussie adventure. A mixed bag, but overall a fun experience.
