I must say, my recent stay was a fantastic experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for us. the room service was top-notch, and the in-room breakfast was delicious and delivered right on time. the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from great dining options and attractions. the renovated rooms were comfortable and clean, and the shower was truly a delight with excellent water pressure.

Despite the wonderful stay, a few improvements could be made. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky to get, especially outside office hours.

Exploring nearby landmarks like Washpool National Park, the Grafton Regional Gallery, and Jacaranda Park added to our enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right across the road from a shopping centre and within walking distance of the main shopping street. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with plenty of power points and a small sink in the kitchen area. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early for family reasons. The highlight for me was the huge $10 breakfast - bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee, all for such great value. The hotel also had good wi-fi, which was a bonus.

Great to be so close to the shopping centre and cafes, also the room was clean and had a comfy bed to sleep in.

The staff were not very accommodating when it came to changing my room to one with better air conditioning. the bathroom had an odd smell which wasn't very pleasant.
