The location was great with parking, cozy bed, and nice pool. Car hire was convenient. But, lack of lift made carrying bags tiring, and air con could've been cooler. Social areas overbooked at night. Room and facilities need maintenance. Pool area not well-maintained, bland food.

The hotel also has a pool and a bar/snackbar for convenience. Plus, with a minibus service running into the nearby city, you'll have easy access to restaurants and attractions.

We were initially impressed by the black and white gabled structure of the building, and this stunning aesthetic continued throughout the entire complex, from the beautiful gardens to the charming villas. As guests, we were treated like friends, receiving the same warm hospitality on our second visit. The local transport, dolmash, conveniently passes by every 4/5 minutes, providing easy access to town at an affordable price. While the lack of wifi in the villas and apartment block might be a drawback for some, we found it to be a welcome break from the constant connectivity, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday. we had a fantastic and memorable stay at this hidden gem of a hotel.

I had a great time at the Ship Inn. The staff were always willing to help, and the buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of options. The poolside bar menu was perfect for a quick bite. The location was convenient, with the dolmas bus stopping right outside. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a proper coffee machine and a well-functioning internet connection. Additionally, the pool area could have been better maintained, as there were bird droppings and debris around the sunbeds.

The hotel is too far away from the city center. It’s nearly impossible to walk, so a taxi or bus ride is necessary. There are no attractive views around the hotel: you face wasteland, undeveloped lots, and not very pretty surroundings. Some of the facilities left much to be desired: hot breakfast was terrible - it was too hot to eat inside, the pool was small, with few sun loungers, and the staff had a confusing towel system. Avoid breakfast at the Donut and More restaurant - which is owned by the same company - terrible bacon and comes with chips!
