The onsite management at Beach Houses made me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. On the second day, as I was loading my car, one of the owners approached me and asked about my daughter's games, which showed genuine consideration. They even made sure my room was ready early and helped me with my luggage. This level of attentiveness and hospitality was truly exceptional.

Although the unit didn't exactly match the photo, it was still spacious and comfortable. However, for elderly guests, I would recommend requesting a ground floor or first-floor unit as there is no lift.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect as it was close to the main beach and the flagged area in front of the Maroochydore surf club. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with full facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on in the afternoon. We also appreciated the attention to detail, like the blackout blinds in the bedrooms. this hotel offered great value for money and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

No improvements necessary, all was great!

Had a great experience staying in this accommodation during my city trip. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking and the TV had access to numerous movie channels. , the well-appointed bathrooms with comfortable beds were amazing. the location was fantastic as it was near the beach and river, which only took a short walk to get there.

The WiFi connection wasn't available during my stay which was inconvenient. , the ensuite was small and didn't have extractor fans and the parking was limited, causing us to park our car on the street most of the time.
