I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in downtown San Jose for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area had several restaurants and a 711 within walking distance. The lobby and rooms were surprisingly comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bed was cozy, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered was very good, with a variety of choices.

Convenient location, close to the airport with a quick and easy drive. the early check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the room was comfortable, allowing for a much-needed nap and a good night's sleep. the packaged sandwich from the convenience area was surprisingly delicious, satisfying my hunger before the restaurant opened.

The room cleanliness was disappointing, with obvious debris and even toe nail clippings and uneaten almonds left behind. Additionally, the window didn't lock properly, making me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was impressed by the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were large and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the convenient VTA train made it easy to travel to downtown and explore the city.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't meet my expectations. the customer service left much to be desired.

Really welcoming reception staff - great when you've missed your flight. They looked after my bags and pointed me towards nearby Light Rail. Great service. Young people-friendly.
