The spacious apartments at The Branksome Hotel & Residences were perfect for my family during our recent stay. The pool, gym, sauna, and playground provided excellent entertainment for both the adults and the kids. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool was fantastic, perfect for a refreshing swim with its long length and varying depths. The sitting area outside was a great place to relax and soak up some sun. Another advantage was the well-equipped room, complete with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a good shower. The room also had a laundry line, iron, and ironing board, which came in handy. Additionally, the TV, although oddly placed, added a unique touch to the room.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The pillows provided were uncomfortable and the outdated TVs were a letdown, especially considering the exorbitant charge for movie access.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a great size bathroom. We really appreciated the complementary gym and large, well-equipped balcony that provided fantastic views of the surroundings.

The bed was too hard for our liking and needed additional covers to improve the comfort. the rooftop bar was scheduled to close at 10 pm, but when we arrived at 9 pm, the staff were already closing it, and their attitude towards us was very unwelcoming.
