The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from Europa Park. The room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi connection was strong. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their faces.

We loved our stay at Andante! The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Our window even had direct access to the amazing pool. It was perfect for our dog too, with great surroundings for walks. Although the pool was a bit too cold for us, it looked absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our animals with us. During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with LED coloured lights. The breakfast was delicious and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the convenient location near popular attractions and the pool/restaurant area.

We were disappointed by the lack of noise insulation between rooms and the slight unpleasant smell on the hallway. The available food choices were limited and we were not happy that smoking was allowed in the outside area, which took away from the overall experience.
