During my recent business trip to Gold Coast, my director selected the Crest Apartments for our accommodation. Despite a few minor issues, my stay was pleasant overall. the apartment was spacious, with convenient on-site parking and two refreshing pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Being close to the beach and shops made the location ideal. I especially enjoyed starting my mornings at the nearby French Cafe for a delicious coffee. the staff also had excellent communication and even returned a watch I had left behind, showcasing their attentiveness.

The omelettes at Le Jardin Cafe are a brekkie dream! Close to the beach & a groovy spot like 7-Eleven Main Beach. Enjoy a stroll to Hot Shott for some top-notch coffee vibes.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs a bit of TLC - found some unexpected hair in the basins. A minor hiccup with getting accused of smoking, but the Crest still sparkles!

i had a fantastic time at Crest. the apartment was spacious, with a cozy bed. the staff were so friendly and helpful, offering great dining suggestions. the location was ideal, close to the beach and shops. the outdoor pool area was beautiful, and there was even an indoor pool to enjoy. i also appreciated the convenient on-site parking.

We recently had a wonderful New Year’s stay at this location. the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, especially the heated aspect, which was perfect for the cooler evenings. the location was ideal for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We loved the fact that the apartments were well-furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Plus, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning wasn't very efficient and the rooms could become quite stuffy at times.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel during a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location of this place was rather tight as it was situated directly as we entered the underground parking area, making it convenient for me to access my car. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service available. The staff interacted in a manner that could not help but make you feel welcome and relaxed, which really added to the overall hospitality experience.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable.
