I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming accommodation in Burnie. The cottage I stayed in was beautifully warm and inviting, with a fridge stocked with fresh eggs and bacon. The furnishings and decorations were full of history and character, a refreshing change from clinical hotel rooms. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this delightful hotel.

The Duck House in Burnie exceeded all expectations. The historic charm combined with modern conveniences was a delightful surprise. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided generous breakfast provisions. The proximity to the boardwalk to see the penguins was a highlight.

This place is a hidden gem! The owners are fantastic and really make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Location is great - just a short walk to downtown and the beach. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the generous breakfast provisions. Plus, the garden was a nice bonus where you can get free veggies and herbs. it was a cozy and comfortable stay.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about this place. If I had to come up with something, I guess the road noise from outside could be bothersome at times, but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, situated on a very quiet street that allowed for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to assist me. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I especially enjoyed the terrace and dining table, as well as the comfortable garden furniture where I could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the complimentary toiletries and the availability of a washing machine and dryer were a great convenience. The in-room breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs, tasty bread, and a variety of jams to choose from. I also appreciated the fact that this venue is pet-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with furry friends.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and service.
