We had a delightful stay at a unique place by the river. The sound of the water from the mill race and weir was so soothing. Isabel, our host, prepared amazing breakfasts and gave us great suggestions for walks and local restaurants. The absence of a TV in the room was a welcome break. we highly recommend this hotel.

What a delightful stay at this unique place! The hotel is beautifully situated on the bank of the Cher river, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and views over the garden. The breakfast served here is attentively prepared and there is a good choice of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent suggestions for walks and local restaurants.

our stay at the bed & breakfast in saint-georges-sur-cher was absolutely splendid. the top floor room was spacious, with breathtaking views of the river cher. isabelle was a delight, providing us with helpful recommendations and delicious homemade breakfasts. we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the charm of the historic mill.

No minibar in the room.

Great breakfast with homemade treats and friendly staff. the location was convenient for surrounding attractions and had easy access to cycle paths. the river view from some rooms was lovely.

The hotel lacked privacy, and the walls were thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep with noise from other guests. the decor was old-fashioned and not updated to modern standards.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Moulin Du Port Bed & Breakfast. the breakfasts in the sunroom overlooking the beautiful garden were excellent. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and gave us a view of the stunning Cher river. the hosts were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information about nearby chateaux, directions, and restaurant recommendations. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the historic charm of the hotel, which was originally a mill built in 1863. It truly felt like a home away from home.
