The provided database had a great selection of rooms with balconies, offering stunning views. the private bathrooms were well-maintained and luxurious, while the shared bathrooms were some of the fanciest I've seen in NSW.

The only downside I noticed was that the Wi-Fi signal in some areas of the property was a bit weak, making it hard to connect at times.

I particularly enjoyed the free car park available behind the hotel, making it convenient with vehicles. the air conditioner worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable stay even during warmer days. the water pressure in the shower was adequate, providing a refreshing shower experience. the bar/lounge area had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

the noise levels from the pub downstairs could be bothersome for light sleepers, impacting the quality of rest.

Greenroof is a welcoming, cosy hotel with a great location for easy access by car. the rooms are spacious, perfect for families, with incredibly comfortable beds. the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the catering for functions is top-notch, with delicious food and excellent bar service.

Minor cleanliness issues: dust around tea area, some handprints on mirrors, and hair strands on sheets. Overflowing toilet bins caused a slight odor.

Stayed in a room with a balcony, perfect to enjoy drinks from the adjacent pub. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, perfect for a family trip. the location was ideal – within walking distance of most attractions and key points of interest. we found the price to be very reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Greenroof! The room was modern, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved the spacious and clean bathroom. The location was perfect, as I felt safe walking around alone at night. The added convenience of on-site parking was a bonus. The towels were clean and the room was well lit. The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Newcastle.
