The rooms were simply stunning, with beautiful views and top-notch amenities. the hotel's cleanliness and calm ambiance were very inviting. the friendly and courteous staff, along with the pleasant signature fragrance upon entering, made for a warm welcome.

The pool was overcrowded with children and their toys, making it nearly impossible to swim peacefully. the reception staff lacked proper customer service skills, with one being quite rude during check-in.

The spa & wellness centre was absolutely amazing! Such a relaxing experience. the staff, especially Jess, were so helpful. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. Better in person!

I felt like royalty at a brand new 5-star hotel with fabulous beachfront views, an indoor pool, and a fantastic restaurant. the bar was a great place to unwind after a day of luxury.

The room in Jewel Residences with a kitchen was a game-changer for me. It felt like a home away from home, allowing me to cook my meals and relax comfortably after a long day of work.

I personally found the buffet at Akoya in Langham a bit lacking in variety.

The database provided a wide range of valuable information, from historical data to real-time updates. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. the cleanliness of the facilities also stood out as a major plus.

One drawback I experienced was the lack of proper instructions on how to navigate through certain features of the database effectively. This made it slightly challenging to fully utilize all the available tools and resources.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel on the coast that exceeded all my expectations. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with two residences offering different views. I loved that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool.

The lack of shade by the pool, especially considering the hot and sunny weather.

As young holiday goers, we were blown away by The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Victoria at the pool bar. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with separate kitchen, lounge, and study areas. The balcony was large and offered stunning sunset views over the mountains. The facilities, including the gym with a beach view, were incredible. The buffet breakfast was a must, with a wide variety of delicious options. We can't wait to return!

The Langham, Gold Coast And Jewel Residences provided excellent facilities for families, including indoor and outdoor pools and a kids club. The hotel also had a nice view and a great location. The Chuan spa and massage were loved by my wife, and the staff provided professional service. The room with a patio area allowed us to have some relaxation time away from the kids while they slept. The 26 degree and sunny cafe was a hidden gem nearby.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that had my exclusive needs fulfilled. the location advantage is excellent, with easy beach access. the staff were wonderful, and I received great service at the spa and wellness centre, where I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and steam room. the room advantages, such as the infinity pool and private facilities, were outstanding. the poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, and restaurant provided delicious cuisine, with special diet menus for all guests.

Despite this, the food was very good, but the service did not match the level of luxury provided by the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was worth the 25-minute wait each day, with a wide selection of high-quality and fresh food. The facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and gym, were top-notch. The spacious and well-equipped room, complete with a luxurious bathroom and complimentary Nespresso capsules, added to the overall experience. The beautiful beach views during breakfast were an added bonus. I highly recommend The Langham for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
