I recently stayed at the new Residence Inn in San Jose and had a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is brand new, with a fully functional kitchen and even an ice maker in the fridge. The location is central, with a Target just steps away. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when it came to our baby's needs. They even suggested an early check-in for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had in the "included" category, with fresh fruit and attentive staff. The surrounding area is also lovely to explore at night, with restaurants and stores nearby. I highly recommend this great hotel!

I stayed at a new hotel that was super clean and had really large rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was the best I've had in the "breakfast is included" category. The hotel is located in a square with restaurants and stores, which made it really convenient to wander around. The parking was free and there were plenty of options for transportation. I also loved the outdoor BBQ oven in the backyard, perfect for enjoying a meal.

We had a great experience during our romantic escape. the hotel offered a wide range of breakfast options and the kitchen in our room was fully equipped with a large refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave, which was extremely helpful. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was part of a shopping area with restaurants and stores a short walk away. we appreciated the free use of the dryer and washer with laundry supplies included.

We did experience some trouble with the key cards not working on some of the outer access doors and the gate from the garage. our stay was pleasant, and we would recommend this hotel to others.
