The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in and were extremely friendly throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean, compact, and comfortable, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Despite being a small hotel, the decor was tasteful and created a comforting and safe environment. The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. I found the hotel to be a great value for the price. Although there was a minor drawback of a less-than-desirable view from the window, it did not significantly impact my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and convenient place to stay in Sydney.

I recently stayed at The Maisonette in Sydney for a week-long vacation. The spacious room with its abundant natural light and beautiful decor made for a delightful stay. I also appreciated the mini fridge and the thoughtful welcome pack of bottled water and muesli bars. The hotel's excellent location, close to Kings Cross station and a great coffee bar next door, added to the convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. great value for the money and a fantastic neighborhood filled with charming cafes.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, situated in a nice area that made it easy to explore downtown or the beautiful harbour. It was also centrally located, allowing easy access to both Woolloomooloo and the Cross area.

Everything was just fine without any issues.

Cosy and quaint, comfortable beds, misty shower, good location with nice eating places nearby, family-friendly with two rooms, quiet rooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly staff, great location for Harbor and botanical gardens. Many nearby restaurants, cafes, and bars. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

The room decor was really nice with a vintage vibe. the place was also kept very clean by the maid service. the location provided easy access to public transport and had a well-stocked grocery store just around the corner.

The immediate area wasn't very well-lit during the night and could be unnerving with the occasional drunk or drugged person wandering around.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, close to everything we needed. We were surrounded by great restaurants and it felt like a purely residential area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had refreshing decor and we had a beautiful view from our room. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

We arrived early at the Maisonette and were thrilled to find that our room was already available and prepared for us. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, honoring the requests we had made beforehand. the budget hotel was perfect for our needs, with a clean room and the added touch of extra blankets for the cooler weather. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with plenty of supermarkets, convenience shops, and restaurants nearby. We could easily walk to attractions or use public transport.
