I recently stayed at the Observatory Self Contained Apartments and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us an early check-in after our flight from Melbourne. Our studio on the third level had breathtaking views of the harbour and ocean, especially during the sunrise. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the clean pool and BBQ area. It was a truly memorable stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The location, right next to the train station, was perfect for easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a great view and facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Coffs Harbour.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and a generous supply of towels. The staff is friendly and the service is attentive, even providing a late checkout on request. The hotel also offers undercover parking and has ceiling fans in both bedrooms. It's a sunny apartment that allows for lovely ocean breezes.

The hotel is situated next to a train station and the occasional noise from passing trains can be bothersome.

We had a wonderful stay at a fantastic spot. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with stunning views of the water. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we loved being able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shopping village. The location was perfect for exploring Coffs Harbour, and we didn't even need to use our car. The jetty was a short walk away, and there was plenty for our kids to see and do. we highly recommend this place for families looking for a central and enjoyable stay in Coffs.

Spent Easter weekend at a great place with stunning views and an amazing location close to shops and the beach. the aircon worked wonders, making the stay even more comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, noting that we had young ones and even provided us with an apartment close to the stairs, so we didn't have to carry our luggage too much.

The soundproofing was quite bad, as we could hear everything from footsteps to TV shows next door. There were occasional noises from passing trains and planes.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. Amazing views from the top floor. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Convenient extras like ice creams, cheese boards, and a variety of drinks available.
