We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were exceptional, providing brilliant service with a very friendly attitude. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, even expecting us for our wedding night. Our bags were promptly taken to our room while we enjoyed complimentary welcome beers. Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the staff couldn't have been more lovely. The hotel itself is gorgeous, filled with history and interesting architectural details. The location is great for exploring the city and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, and the breakfast options were absolutely fantastic. What truly stood out was the staff, who treated us like family. We mentioned that we were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday during our reservation, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. During breakfast, the staff surprised us with a cake, candles, and a birthday song. When we returned to our room after a day tour, we found it decorated with balloons and birthday signs, all complimentary. My daughter was overjoyed.
