The location of this hotel is fabulous, right on the Swan River. the view of the city is gorgeous, especially in the morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always attentive to our requests. We loved being able to take a stroll by the river in the morning before heading out. Free parking was a great perk, and the nearby amenities like the food truck market and IGA were convenient. the balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.

One improvement that could be made is adding blinds to balcony doors for more privacy from neighboring units. updating the towels and providing bathroom slippers would enhance the overall experience.

clean rooms - amazing location by the riverside. close to shops and pub. we even attended a 60th birthday party on scott street! luggage assistance and $20 cafe voucher were top-notch services.

A Great Location for Exploring Perth

During my recent stay at the Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments in Perth, I was impressed with the convenient location. It was the perfect base for exploring the city without being right in the center. The nearby ferry made it easy to cross the Swan River to the city and the cruise terminal for Rottnest Island and Fremantle. Plus, Mends Street with its excellent eateries was just a short walk away. Parking was also free and readily available.

We spent our Xmas holidays at a place that provided complimentary parking and a comfortable stay. the location was conveniently close to restaurants and cafes and we enjoyed the scenic views of the river. We appreciated the provision of cooking and laundry facilities.

There were also issues with lighting and curtains that let in too much light from the outside. the bedroom was stuffy and lacked ventilation, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated beside the river, I had the most breathtaking views from my balcony. I could easily stroll to the nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and even catch a ferry to explore the CBD. Plus, the beautiful city lights at night were simply mesmerizing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed - from a cozy sitting area to a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just across the river and close to the ferry that takes you into the city. The view from the balcony facing the city skyline is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen.

The noise level in the apartment was a major issue. Other guests were loud and did not adhere to the noise policies, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The apartments are very convenient, walking distance to local restaurants and the ferry across the river. The balcony and river view were a nice touch. The well-appointed kitchen was a bonus.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
