Room service served good food. Feeling like a champion relaxing in a big swimming pool without breaking the bank. the helpful staff were like a team of superheroes, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay with their superpowers of hospitality.

The hotel had lovely traditional decorations with comfortable seating areas, making it easy for us seniors to relax and enjoy the ambiance. the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with grab bars in the bathrooms and spacious hallways for easy movement.

Better assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

The location of this hotel is amazing - close to malls, beaches, and shops. We even got to watch an Independence Day parade from our room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Though the room service was slow and some staff unhelpful, the bell boy and front office were great. a good value for the money.

Check-out was a breeze. Duty Manager helped sort out the room mishap swiftly. Centrally situated, merely footsteps from the stunning beach walk. Immense gratitude to the gracious and efficient hotel staff—from reception to gym trainers. Even made the gym, usually a bore, fun! Free Wi-Fi was a plus, no hitches. Cafe downstairs saved mornings with rapid breakfast bites. Overall, a solid stay with snug beds and marble bathrooms. Bonus: outstanding poolside bar for unwinding post-workout.

The view from my room at Ramada Colombo was breathtaking, overlooking the shimmering waters of the nearby sea. the pool area was a sanctuary in the bustling city, offering a peaceful retreat. One evening, as I sipped a cocktail by the pool, I witnessed a stunning sunset that painted the sky in hues of pink and gold, a moment of tranquility that will forever stay with me.

I experienced a slight delay in receiving an extra towel and water bottle from room service, which could have been more efficient.

the staff, especially Poorna and Duty Manager Suranjith, were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. the location was perfect, close to attractions and shopping malls. the in-house cafe served delicious breakfast and the free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. overall, a great experience with attentive staff and a comfortable environment.

Just stayed at a hotel near Galle face beach. LOVED the breakfast variety. Rooms tired but OK. Pool area better than in photos. Might stay again. Cheers!
