The view from our beachfront room was absolutely breathtaking, like a watercolor painting come to life. Sipping cocktails on our verandah swing felt like being in our own romantic movie, with the Coral Sea as our stunning backdrop.

Although the bed was a bit too hard for my preference, the hotel quickly provided a firmer pillow upon request. The quality Appelles toiletries added a luxurious touch to the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the esplanade opposite the beach and towards the northern end of the cove. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the large swimming pool for adults only. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely outdoor setting. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel like part of their family.

Location and design are the best aspects of this hotel. It is close to the beach and has a beautiful tropical design that really creates a holiday vibe. the pool area is great and really adds to the overall experience. the hotel also offers complementary drinks, which is a nice touch.

The worst aspects of this hotel are the rooms and facilities. the rooms are in desperate need of an update and could use a deeper cleaning.

Beautiful ocean view from the suite. Comfy king bed with lovely linen and pillows. Enjoyed the relaxing spa bath daily. Helpful staff made our honeymoon memorable. Great food at the restaurant. Extended our stay because it was amazing!

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive stay. The spacious room had body scrub and beauty treatments, with exclusive amenities that needed were fulfilled. The staff were accommodating, the location was ideal, sun loungers were ample, and the outdoor dining area was perfect. The swimming pool was refreshing and there was even a sun terrace to relax on.

The service by the pool was lacking, with no light lunch offerings or poolside drinks. It would have been helpful to have more advance notice about the wedding closing off one of the pool areas.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The hotel had an attractive lobby and cocktail bar, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. The adult pool area was also a highlight, with a separate jacuzzi for a more intimate experience.

The vegan options in the restaurant were limited and disappointing, as they only offered to modify existing menu items. The bathroom in the room was outdated and in need of renovation, which was not what I expected from a boutique hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Reef House. The room was comfortable and fully functional, with a nice balcony for relaxing. The highlight, however, was the exquisite beach view breakfasts. Sitting on the east-facing deck, watching the sunrise through the palms, made for an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for a tropical escape.
