The staff were attentive and friendly, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room advantages were top-notch, with high-tech features and stunning views. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with fine dining cuisine and attentive service. a truly luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slightly overwhelming fragrance of the bathroom products. Perhaps the hotel could consider using more natural, sustainable options. However, this is a minor critique in an otherwise flawless stay. we highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and indulgent getaway.

The hotel we stayed at during our recent city break provided us with really spacious and clean rooms with comfortable bedding. We also appreciated the attention to detail with everything being well maintained. In a prime location, it was just a stone's throw away from the station and tram lines. To add to the positives, we also enjoyed having access to a 24-hour heated pool and gym.

We experienced some issues with staff being quite unaccommodating towards our requests for late check in and check out, which was slightly disappointing. There were also a few niggling aspects, such as a fiddly swipe key and touch screen button to operate the elevators, a musty smell in the bathroom, and the lack of assistance offered with our luggage upon arrival.

Brand new facilities, lobby on level 80 with nice views. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean, spacious, with comfortable bedding. Attention to detail is excellent. a great experience.
