The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of town with stunning views at high floors. the room size surpassed expectations with floor-to-ceiling windows and high-tech amenities. the sparkling clean facilities and friendly staff made the stay comfortable. the lobby area was welcoming, and the bar food exceptional, although a buffet-style restaurant would be a great addition in the future.

This place fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, pool, spa, flat-screen TV. I return for business, no pets, air conditioning, and no smoking here.

The hotel we stayed at during our recent city break provided us with really spacious and clean rooms with comfortable bedding. We also appreciated the attention to detail with everything being well maintained. In a prime location, it was just a stone's throw away from the station and tram lines. To add to the positives, we also enjoyed having access to a 24-hour heated pool and gym.

We experienced some issues with staff being quite unaccommodating towards our requests for late check in and check out, which was slightly disappointing. There were also a few niggling aspects, such as a fiddly swipe key and touch screen button to operate the elevators, a musty smell in the bathroom, and the lack of assistance offered with our luggage upon arrival.

Brand new facilities, lobby on level 80 with nice views. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean, spacious, with comfortable bedding. Attention to detail is excellent. a great experience.
