I had a delightful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. the design of the hotel was impressive and added to the overall experience. the room was clean and provided the comfort I needed. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop, which offered breathtaking views and the opportunity to relax with a cocktail or coffee. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the center. It was a quiet street yet conveniently close to the main attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided personalized service. I definitely plan on returning to this hotel, as it surpasses the offerings of larger, chain hotels.

The terrace bar at Circulo Mexicano was a delightful spot to enjoy delicious drinks and food. The seafood restaurant and cafe downstairs also served excellent meals. The design aesthetic of the hotel was visually stunning, creating a memorable experience. The staff, particularly Pauli and Jesus, were very helpful and accommodating, making us feel like royalty. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our room was always clean.

The breakfast was delightful and complimentary coffee and pastries were given on days when we had early tours. the rooftop was lovely and served as a great place to relax and cool off in the pool after a day of exploring the city center. the location was a key selling point as it was within walking distance to several attractions.

There was no bin in the room, which made it inconvenient to keep the room clean. staff members had a hard time communicating in English which was a challenge at times.

This hotel truly caters to your every luxurious need. the exclusive amenities such as the rooftop pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool make for an unforgettable experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious cuisine and a lively atmosphere with stunning sunset views. the location is ideal for both shopping and exploring the historic city.

The only minor issue was a lack of counterspace in the room. this barely detracted from the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city center, as it is in front of the cathedral and close to many main attractions. It is easy to walk or get an Uber to reach these places. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included and served on a delightful roof patio with a nice view of the city.

One small drawback is that it can be challenging to find your Uber due to some streets being closed off near the hotel.
