The apartment was super clean and modern, complete with smart TVs and amazing pillows. The pool had a great view of the river and ocean. Plus, the location was perfect, just blocks from the beach and tram station. I'd recommend staying at this hotel.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Ruby! The view from our room was breathtaking, with both ocean and river views. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plus, the hotel's location, just a short walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise, was perfect for us, offering proximity to all the action without any of the noise.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and just a short distance from Surfers Paradise. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with fantastic views of the river, hinterland and beach. The facilities are great, including a lovely pool area, soundproofed rooms and up-to-date tech capabilities. The staff are also very helpful and professional.

Guests should be aware that some of the hotel carparks are small and not designed for larger vehicles, which can make it difficult to get in and out of the car easily.

The facilities at Ruby were fantastic, especially for people who love karaoke and casinos. We had a blast enjoying the karaoke nights and trying our luck at the casino.

We spent our Xmas holiday in an apartment which was spacious, modern and conveniently located, with a nice view of the surroundings. We appreciated the complementary facilities we received, including a washing machine and tumble dryer which proved useful for our week-long stay. the small convenience store and coffee shop located within the premises added convenience and made it easy to grab a quick meal or drink when leaving or returning to our rooms.

The elevators were a huge problem; waiting times were long, and it was often difficult to find one that wasn't crowded or overloaded.
