Spacious rooms and great amenities

the lack of communication regarding the pool closure and room readiness was disappointing and could be improved.

Always return for exceptional service. Friendly staff helped my elderly parents. Place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, security, fitness centre, indoor pool, bar. Elevator, flat-screen TV, golf, tennis, cots. Also appreciate wheelchair access, air conditioning, no smoking on site. Coming back for New Year.

we stayed at the sands for 1 night and it was a great little getaway. welcoming staff, spotless rooms, and fantastic service. the kids had a ball with the great facilities and perfect location near the beach. the salty sea dog café nearby was a fantastic morning treat full of happy dogs 🐶.

Pros What a STUNNING retreat! From the pristine facilities to the heartwarming service, this place totally rocks! Perfectly located minutes from the beach, with a heated pool to boot, the family, friendly atmosphere is mind. Impeccably clean rooms, complete with a cozy king bed and views that'll leave you breathless. Pet, friendly setup is the cherry on top , can't wait for my next stay! .

Celebrating our birthday, my sister and I enjoyed a calm, beautiful stay at Sands. Lovely staff, especially Tracey, made our experience special. Clean, spacious accessible room with a golf course view. Delicious breakfast, quiet location near a stunning beach. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, and modern gym equipment added to the perfect stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the esplanade, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with modern and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to resolve any issues. the hotel offers great amenities and a convenient location.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and it was lit - live music, cool vibes. Then we checked out the beach which was so rad for surfing and chilling. the staff were all legends and our room was ace!

Wish there was a happening nightclub nearby for us to party the night away after our adventures.

The refurbished rooms were spotlessly clean and had a lovely outlook over the golf course. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the meals were tasty and plentiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even organizing extra entertainment.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Rooms are luxurious, staff efficient, long bar great for relaxing, well looked after by Emma. Good facilities, perfect beach location, great for families. Spacious, clean and comfy rooms with large TVs. Friendly and helpful staff, clean gym, heated pool, towels provided. Close to cafes and eateries.

The room at Sands was spacious and well-decorated, with a modern feel. The big bathroom had excellent water pressure, and the large TV and sitting area were a nice touch. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and there was plenty of natural light. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff made sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its quality accommodations.
