We had an amazing stay! The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast had a lot of options and everything was fresh. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city. We also enjoyed the tea garden and the rooftop lounge. Cons: We would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling here.

Comfortable Stay in a Clean Facility

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a clean facility with a comfortable bed and fairly good location close to many restaurants. However, improvements can be made in terms of staff attitude and customer service, as some encounters with the employees were less than welcoming.

Recently stayed at Grand Plaza Hotel in Riyadh for a business trip. the location was convenient, close to the airport and my workplace. the room was spacious, with excellent room service. Staff were exceptional, especially the reception team and housekeeping. the complimentary amenities like the fruit basket and free refreshments in the lobby were a lovely touch.

Our stay was marred by the strong smell of food that permeated both the interior and exterior of the hotel. the menu for the restaurant and room service was very limited, and mostly consisted of fast food.

The rooms are nicely renovated, clean, and cozy with great views. The housekeeping is on point, providing quick responses and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The facilities are well-maintained, and the underground parking, though limited, offers convenient options.

One area of improvement could be the parking, as the available spaces are limited, especially when the underground parking is full.
