The value for the money was great, room was comfy and luxurious. the location was superb, staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The breakfast could use more variety in the options.

I personally missed having a bath in our room, but that's just my preference.

a stay at Luxury Collection was outstanding! from the spacious room with expansive views to the attentive staff at check-in. the in-house breakfast at Peppina and Italian dinner at Mary Mary were delightful. the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

The Tasman hotel exceeded our expectations. The modern, stylish room in the heritage section with a working fireplace and high-tech features was a delight. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location near Salamanca was perfect. Some minor room inconveniences were quickly overshadowed by the overall wonderful stay.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were fantastic, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. the location is fabulous, within walking distance of many attractions such as Salamanca and the waterfront. the breakfasts were one of the nicest we've had, with a great selection and delicious coffee.

One thing that could be improved is the pricing, as some guests may find it a bit on the higher side. while the hotel is great overall, having a swimming pool or spa would have been a nice addition for extra relaxation options.

We had an amazing stay at The Tasman! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were also super nice and provided prompt valet parking service, even though it can add up if you're using your car frequently. We appreciated their attentiveness in providing recommendations for local activities. The breakfast buffet and dinner at Peppina were absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed post-dinner drinks at the cozy Mary Mary bar. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds were another highlight of our stay.

Our New Year's stay was exceptional in every way. the staff was outstanding, always friendly and attentive, and ready to help us with any recommendations of things to do in the area. the breakfast buffet and dinner service were fantastic, with a varied and delicious menu, plus the bar had a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a drink after dinner. the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We also liked the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and activities.

The only downside during our stay was the valet car parking, which was a bit expensive and insisted on by the hotel, leaving us without many options aside from street parking if we wanted to avoid additional charges. we think a few more brochures or recommendations on what to do in the city would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the bustling Saturday Salamanca markets just steps away. It is also conveniently close to the vibrant restaurants of Salamanca Place. The room is beautifully designed with high ceilings and a luxurious king-size bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. Plumbing noises from upstairs can be heard in the bathroom, but this can be easily resolved by closing the door.

Had an unexpected cold shower – quite invigorating, I must say! the front desk swiftly sorted it. Breakfast was heavenly – even had a breakfast pack made up for us on-the-go. the staff, especially Erica, were top-notch. Luxe bathroom products were a treat. Can't wait to return!

The exclusive amenities in this hotel are like no other. the staff were very friendly and willing to assist with our every need. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. the in-room breakfast was served promptly and was delicious. the bar had a good selection of drinks, and the private facilities were impressive. the location is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

Our only minor issue was the noise coming from the air vents. We reported it to the staff, but nothing was done.
