We had an amazing stay at The Tasman! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the facilities and services were top-notch. We especially loved the heritage room and the bar in the hotel. The little touches like wine and chocolates, as well as the bath milk, made our stay extra special. Despite a few minor issues like dust behind the TV and the absence of a printed room service menu, our overall experience was fantastic. We have already decided that we won't stay anywhere else when we visit again. The thoughtful gift box was a lovely touch to acknowledge the reason for our stay. The staff were also super nice and provided prompt valet parking service, even though it can add up if you're using your car frequently. We appreciated their attentiveness in providing recommendations for local activities. The breakfast buffet and dinner at Peppina were absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed post-dinner drinks at the cozy Mary Mary bar. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds were another highlight of our stay.

Our New Year's stay was exceptional in every way. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and attentive, and ready to help us with any recommendations of things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet and dinner service were fantastic, with a varied and delicious menu, plus the bar had a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a drink after dinner. the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We also liked the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and activities.

The only downside during our stay was the valet car parking, which was a bit expensive and insisted on by the hotel, leaving us without many options aside from street parking if we wanted to avoid additional charges. we think a few more brochures or recommendations on what to do in the city would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the bustling Saturday Salamanca markets just steps away. It is also conveniently close to the vibrant restaurants of Salamanca Place. The room is beautifully designed with high ceilings and a luxurious king-size bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast buffet is amazing and should not be missed. a wonderful stay with fantastic facilities and a great view.

Plumbing noises from upstairs can be heard in the bathroom, but this can be easily resolved by closing the door.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel are like no other. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist with our every need. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The in-room breakfast was served promptly and was delicious. The bar had a good selection of drinks, and the private facilities were impressive. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

Our only minor issue was the noise coming from the air vents. We reported it to the staff, but nothing was done.
