There were no grab rails for elderly guests, which was concerning, plus a slippery tub with no mat! It felt unsafe, and the overall setup was just not well thought out.

it had all the amenities needed for a short visit, including a well-equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. the shower was great, and i enjoyed the light that filled the apartment. having access to a garage that led directly to the rooms was a nice touch, especially when the weather wasn’t ideal. the location was perfect, allowing easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Situated perfectly in the heart of the town, we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions. the comfortable sofas in the apartment were a great spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. the holistic approach to beauty, health, and wellness was evident in the well-stocked bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries, making our stay even more comfortable.

Maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.

Well-designed with remote-controlled garage next to the apartment door. Cosy terrace with table & chairs. Excellent heating in each room & well-appointed kitchenette. Large comfortable bed. Short stroll to great cafes, restaurants, shops, bakery & day spa. Best coffee in town at Cafe Bank St + Co. Fortnightly market nearby.

Staff at this hotel over the Easter long weekend were very happy to accommodate our request. the apartment overall seemed like it was well maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. the location is perfect, as you can easily walk to everything from here, making it convenient to explore the area by foot.

A few improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness, especially with regards to dishwashing supplies and ensuring all utensils are spotless. the check-in process could be more streamlined and courteous to ensure a pleasant experience.

The location of the apartments was perfect for us as it was close to the main street, with all the cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Spent Christmas in a cozy little apartment with my family. Loved the comfortable beds and the spacious garage for our car. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops, restaurants and beach. the apartment was also well-equipped with modern amenities including a good Wi-Fi connection, which was great for streaming Christmas movies. the hospitality and warm welcome we received from the staff made us feel at home.

Noise was a drawback, as the apartment was not well soundproofed. Every creak and thud from the upstairs apartment and noise from the traffic outside was easily heard.
