I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated on a slight hill with a short cut down the side which has steps that are not steep. It's conveniently surrounded by all restaurants and souvenir shops, making it a great area to explore. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly staff at the reception desk to the maids who kept my room spotless. The amenities provided were impressive, including everything from a flat-screen TV and in-room safe to a balcony or terrace with stunning views. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and I loved having access to a sparkling outdoor swimming pool.

This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

The hotel was great for my business trip! the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. the staff were all friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything I needed. I also really appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to stay connected and get my work done.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few small things that could have been better. the breakfast options were a bit limited and could have used more variety.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the superb location of this hotel. It was a short 2/3 minute walk to the beach, and close to shops and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at reception who booked a taxi for me in just a minute. The bar staff, particularly Miguel, were service-minded and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel had a great choice of food and plenty of sunbeds. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler.

the entertainment team, especially Peter, made our experience truly unforgettable. They were like friends to us and made us feel welcome throughout the entire stay. We had a great time joining in with the various activities such as darts, beer pong, French bowls, and aqua aerobics. the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. the pool area was also great, not too crowded, and had plenty of available sunbeds. Another highlight was the delicious food options, which were frequently changed up. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having food available at the pool bar without having to get dressed and go to the restaurant. we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider coming back to the hotel in the future.
