Had a good time over Christmas. Good amenities and nice location near local shops. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nicely decorated and tidy.

Very uncomfortable, it had a big lump in the middle and we couldn't sleep next to each other. the dent in the mattress didn't help, a new mattress upgrade would have been appreciated.

Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the basic amenities I needed. The attention to detail in the decor really made a difference. I found this hotel to be great value for money and conveniently located near the Flinders Medical Centre and Adelaide Hills district.

We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming receptionist who made our check-in process smooth. The hotel's willingness to make us feel welcome was evident, especially during a special occasion when they went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The food served was excellent and added to the memorable experience. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit.
