This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, tucked away in the peaceful heart of the city, yet still close to the main square. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms on the lower floors were beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast was simply delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The only minor improvement would be to accept credit cards for payment.

Despite being centrally located, it is situated away from a bustling street, ensuring a quiet stay. The rooms are well-kept, with Moroccan-style décor adding to the authentic experience. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences.

One minor drawback mentioned by some guests is the lack of natural light in the rooms, as they have only one small window facing the patio.

Great location close to the main square and attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. the room was clean and cozy, and the shower had hot water and good pressure.

The breakfast was very basic and not very tasty. the noise level from outside was unbearable at night and kept us up all night.

My stay at Riad Venezia was incredible. The little haven of peace and quiet it offered was exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. The staff, especially Ahmed, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and local knowledge. The food served at the riad was exceptional, rivaling some of the best restaurants in the area. The low price we paid for such a great experience was truly unbelievable. I highly recommend Riad Venezia for a peaceful and memorable stay in Marrakesh.
